Customer Loyalty Programme
BB has developed a Customer Loyalty Programme that includes monthly reports with several financial KPIs. Sharing the KPIs allows our customers to have a frequent update on key financial figures, as well as performance indicators supporting our “No surprises” approach. Evaluation of trends and facts enables us to maintain a close dialogue with our customers, e.g., to decide if another logistics model better supports our customers' total supply chain.
